Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can immediately resolve any issues.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
****Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as seasonal or holiday items, perishable goods or food items, custom products, special orders, or personalized items, and personal care items and/or beauty products.****
We DO NOT accept returns on Sale items or Gift Cards. Those are all FINAL SALE!

Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for any return costs when shipping returns back to us.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. As long as your return follows our return guidelines, you will receive a gift card for the full amount you paid.
